Code of Conduct

1. Introduction
This Code of Conduct ("Code") sets forth the standards of behavior and conduct for all users ("Users") of the Gigsgen platform ("Website") operated by Gigsgen Digital Innovations Limited ("Gigsgen"). By using the Website, Users agree to abide by this Code and any related policies or guidelines implemented by the Company. Failure to comply with this Code may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or termination, and may have legal consequences under applicable UK laws.
2. Personal Behavior
2.1 Harassment, Bullying, and Discrimination
Users shall not engage in any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination against other Users. This includes, but is not limited to, actions or communications that are offensive, derogatory, or based on factors such as race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Users shall conduct themselves ethically and with full integrity at all times. They shall act honestly, truthfully, and in good faith, avoiding any deceptive, fraudulent, or dishonest practices.
2.3 Capacity and Capability
Users shall only agree to undertake work that they are qualified and capable of completing to the best of their abilities. They shall not misrepresent their skills, experience, or qualifications to clients or other Users.
2.4 Respect for Rights
Users shall respect the rights of all other Users, including their intellectual property rights and privacy rights. They shall not engage in any activity that infringes upon or violates the rights of others.
2.5 Confidentiality and Legal Compliance
Users shall not abuse confidential information obtained through the Website and shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations. They shall refrain from participating in any illegal activities or practices.
2.6 User Safety
Users shall have regard for the interests, rights, and safety of other Users. They shall not engage in any actions that may compromise the safety or well-being of others.
2.7 Identity Authenticity
Users shall not falsify their own or any other identity and shall provide true and correct information when using the Website.
2.8 Compliance with Policies
Users shall comply with all policies and guidelines established by Gigsgen for the use of the Website. This includes, but is not limited to, terms of service, payment terms, dispute resolution procedures, and guidelines for appropriate use.
2.9 On-Site Communication and Payments
Users shall use only the official website features provided by the Website for communication with other Users and initiation of payments. They shall not seek to communicate or receive/initiate payments off-site, which may violate the terms of service.
2.10 Milestone Payments
Users shall not request the upfront release of Milestone Payments before delivering the agreed-upon work. Payments should be made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and milestones.
2.11 Abuse of Services
Users shall not abuse any of the services offered by the Website, including but not limited to the misuse of features, spamming, or engaging in activities that disrupt the proper functioning of the Website.
3. User Content
3.1 Liability and Reputation
Users shall be solely responsible for the content they post on the Website. They shall not post content that creates liability for Gigsgen or harms its business operations or reputation.
3.2 Intellectual Property Rights
Users shall respect the intellectual property rights of others. They shall not post content that infringes upon any copyright or other intellectual property rights without proper authorization or licensing.
3.3 Accuracy and Completeness
Users shall ensure that the information they provide in their content is accurate, truthful, and complete. They shall not post content that includes incomplete, false, or inaccurate information about any person, product, or service.
3.4 Defamation and Obscenity
Users shall not post defamatory content or content that is obscene or contains child pornography. They shall comply with all laws and regulations regarding content that may be considered defamatory or obscene.
3.5 Legal Compliance
Users shall not post content that violates any law or regulation. They shall refrain from engaging in activities that may result in legal consequences.
3.6 Malicious Software
Users shall not post content that contains any viruses or programming routines intended to damage or disrupt any system. They shall not engage in activities that may compromise the security or integrity of the Website.
4. Confidentiality

Users shall respect the confidentiality and privacy of any information or documents they acquire through their engagement on the Website. They shall not disclose or use such information or documents without proper authorization, except as required by law or with Gigsgen's authorization.

Users shall not ask other Users for their private contact details and shall communicate with them only through the official features provided by the Website.
6. Fraud

Users shall not create multiple accounts or engage in any activity that aims to manipulate or deceive the Website or other Users. They shall not use the Website for illegal fund transfers or engage in fraudulent practices.
6.2 False Feedback
Users shall not use the Website to generate false feedback about any person, product, or service. They shall provide genuine and honest feedback based on their experiences.
7. Communication
7.1 Professional and Respectful Communication
Users shall engage in professional and respectful communication with other Users. They shall avoid exaggeration, derogatory remarks, inappropriate references, personal attacks, negative criticism, and any unprofessional conduct.
8. Bidding
8.1 Fair Bidding Practices
Users shall not underbid in order to win a contract or avoid fees. They shall only bid on projects they genuinely plan to complete and fulfill the agreed-upon obligations.
8.2 Illegal Projects
Users shall not participate in projects that involve illegal behavior or activities.
9. Spam or Advertising
9.1 Prohibition of Spam
Users shall not engage in spamming activities or advertise their own websites or services on the Website, unless specifically allowed by Gigsgen.
10. Affiliates
10.1 Self-Referral Prohibition
Users shall not refer themselves for the Affiliate Program of the Website. They shall not obtain names from mailing lists, group emails, or other sources to send unsolicited emails (spam) for promotional purposes.
11. Payments
11.1 Obligations and Compliance
Users shall comply with their payment obligations after the work is submitted through the Website. They shall not use the Website to facilitate money exchange, including the use of cryptocurrency (e.g., bitcoin, ethereum, or others), unless explicitly permitted by Gigsgen.
12. Enforcement and Reporting Violations
Users who become aware of any violations of this Code or any suspicious or unlawful activities on the Website are encouraged to report such incidents to Gigsgen. Gigsgen will investigate reported violations and may take appropriate disciplinary action, including account suspension or termination, as deemed necessary and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
By using the Website, Users acknowledge and agree to adhere to this Code of Conduct and the consequences of non-compliance. Gigsgen reserves the right to update or modify this Code at its discretion, and it is the responsibility of Users to review and comply with the most recent version of the Code.
