Description

We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer or development team to enhance an existing digital hiring platform with Phase-2 platform capabilities. The project includes development and integration of a smart matching engine, user verification/trust system, escrow payment module, analytics dashboards, collaboration workspace, AI-assisted proposal generator, recommendation engine and reputation scoring model. The work will involve backend architecture setup, API development, database design, frontend dashboard/module development, payment workflow integration, AI feature integration, user role handling, testing and deployment. The system should be scalable, secure, performance-optimised and suitable for a multi-user hiring marketplace environment. Suitable technologies may include Laravel/PHP, Node.js, Python, React/Vue.js, MySQL/PostgreSQL, REST APIs, payment gateway integration, AI/ML APIs, analytics tools and secure authentication frameworks. The ideal freelancer should have strong experience in marketplace or hiring platform development, matching algorithms, dashboard development, escrow/payment workflows, AI-assisted tools, API integration, database architecture, security, testing and deployment.
