We are looking for an experienced Zoho CRM specialist to set up and customize Zoho CRM according to our business processes and operational requirements. The project includes CRM configuration, creation of custom modules and fields, workflow automation, dashboard setup, user roles and permissions, and integration support for email and WhatsApp communication. The work may also include Deluge scripting, Zoho Creator app setup for internal process tracking, data structure configuration, automation rules, pipeline customization, reporting dashboards, and initial user/team training. The ideal freelancer should have strong experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, CRM workflow automation, business process mapping, dashboard configuration, user access control, and third-party communication integrations.
