Description
We are looking for an email marketer to support and execute our ongoing email marketing activities. We are B2B and sell our products via ecommerce to a database of over 20,000 in the UK and the EU. The role will typically be 5-10 hours per week.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Development and execution of journey-based email marketing campaigns including segmentation, list management, campaign flow, email creation, testing, a/b experimentation, and tracking.
- Creation and execution of email newsletters, new product and promotional email campaigns
- Creation and execution of automated email marketing campaigns (i.e. abandoned cart, welcome journey, etc)
- Design layout and create content for email marketing including coding email templates
- Be responsible for the email calendar to triage requests from various departments to ensure even distribution of deployments
- Deploy email marketing campaigns aimed to convert leads to first time buyers, nurture and cross sell to existing customers, re-activate churned customers
- Assist in managing our database (campaign lists, ensuring data quality) and collaborate on connected data sources including websites, Salesforce etc.
- Routinely analyze and report on key performance metrics, making recommendations to drive conversions, minimize email opt-outs, and enhance content
-Ensure strict compliance with relevant domestic and international legislation (CASL, CAN-SPAM)
